The 2027 Hong Kong Investors Expo welcomes applications from qualified professionals worldwide who meet Sha Tin Group's authorized broker eligibility standards and demonstrate capacity to introduce legitimate borrowers, investors, and project sponsors to our direct lending platform in Hong Kong.
Individual brokers may apply provided they hold valid identification, verifiable professional experience, and an established network in finance, real estate, business development, or related industries. Financial brokers, representatives, and agents registered with recognised regulatory bodies should provide business registration numbers, company details, and professional credentials during the seven-stage application process.
Corporate introducers, family offices, investment clubs, and group partnerships may designate authorised representatives to register on their behalf, subject to company verification and signed broker agreement acceptance. Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age, possess a valid passport, and demonstrate English or Chinese communication proficiency for conference participation and client liaison.
We accept applications from Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas, with Mr. Michael T. Osei serving as primary liaison for international brokers in Europe and Africa. Applicants should have minimum two years relevant experience, although exceptional candidates with strong networks may be considered at management discretion.
You must complete all seven registration stages including personal information, contact details, professional biography, broker motivation questions, expo participation preferences, hospitality requests, and digital signature before payment of the USD two hundred fifty registration fee. Upload passport photograph and passport copy with supporting credentials where applicable.
Sha Tin Group reserves the right to approve, defer, or reject applications based on due diligence, compliance review, and alignment with our broker code of conduct. Prohibited applicants include individuals with unresolved regulatory sanctions or fraudulent financial history. Approved brokers receive official broker identification, dashboard access, commission tracking, and eligibility for VIP hospitality and Broker Excellence Awards. Register if you are committed to ethical referrals and long-term partnerships with a Hong Kong direct lender at three percent per annum.
