LOAN to Private Individuals & Companies @ 3% interest rate per annum. Direct lenders — no intermediaries.
What interest rate do you offer?
Sha Tin Group offers a competitive 3% interest rate per annum on all loan products for private individuals and companies. This is a direct lending rate with no broker markups or hidden intermediary fees.
What is the minimum loan amount?
We typically fund projects above USD 1 million. Exceptions may be considered where project viability, collateral, and repayment capacity are exceptionally strong.
Are you direct lenders?
Yes. Sha Tin Group lends directly from our Hong Kong headquarters. We are not brokers. All loan decisions, fee structures, and disbursements are handled by our institution.
Who can apply for a loan?
Private individuals and registered companies worldwide with viable projects, clear repayment strategies, and complete documentation may apply through our six-stage borrower registration portal.
How long does approval take?
Initial review takes 5–10 business days after complete submission. Conditional approval typically within 30–45 days. Final approval and disbursement depend on government registration, legal closure, and conditions precedent.
What documents are required?
Passport, utility bill, company registration (if applicable), executive summary, financial statements, feasibility study, and profile photo. Passport upload appears in Stage 5 only and may be replaced later.
What are the conditional approval fees?
Government registration and document processing total USD 20,250 upon conditional approval. This includes validation, legalisation, treasury registration in Hong Kong and China, and currency conversion. See our Fees Structure page for the full breakdown.
Can fees be deducted from my loan?
No. Registration fees (USD 20,250) and legal representation fees (USD 8,000 for remote closure) cannot be deducted from your approved loan balance. They must be paid separately to the government-accredited financial advisor assigned to your file.
Can I close my loan remotely?
Yes. If you elect not to travel to Hong Kong, Sha Tin Group assigns a legal representative. A USD 8,000 legal fee applies. See our Remote Closure page for details.
Can I apply through a broker?
Yes. Registered brokers refer qualified borrowers and may upload documents on their behalf. Brokers earn 2% commission on successfully funded loans, paid to the bank account on their dashboard.
How do I track my application?
Log in to the borrower portal to view profile completion, loan status, document verification, fee payments, messaging, and approval progress tracker in real time.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds depend on processing stage and third-party costs incurred. Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 working days. See our Refund Policy page for full terms.
How do I make payments?
Payment instructions appear in your borrower dashboard upon conditional approval. All payments go to the government-accredited financial advisor for registration in Hong Kong and China. Upload receipts via the Fees section.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bcrypt password hashing, encrypted storage, role-based access, audit logging, and Hong Kong PDPO compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
