Payment details and invoice references are provided in your borrower dashboard upon conditional approval — do not send funds until you receive official instructions there.

Step 1: Log in to your borrower dashboard and open Fees & Payments to view the itemised breakdown and assigned advisor details.
Step 2: Initiate wire transfer for USD 20,250 (registration) plus USD 8,000 if legal representation applies.
Step 3: Include your application reference in the payment description field.
Step 4: Upload payment receipt or bank confirmation through the document upload section.
Step 5: Allow 3–5 business days for verification. You receive email and inbox notification upon confirmation. Sha Tin Group issues payment invoice with receipt after borrower payment is verified.
Important: Never send payments to personal accounts or unverified details. Report suspicious requests to info@shatin-hk.com or WhatsApp +852 972 1318 immediately. Registration and legal fees cannot be deducted from your approved loan balance.
